The guy that discovered DNA structure.

Now I am sure almost everyone have heard of James Watson. Watson and Crick were the famous scientists that discovered the structure of DNA (yes the double helix). What I did not know is Watson seems a queer one. He is all for genetic engineering to the extreme and has made some controversial remarks about how stupidity can be cured, all women can be made beautiful, Africans have lower IQ because of their DNA, etc. While it seems that this all stems from the fact that he believes that DNA determines everything hence all human beings are not equal, I think that it is better he reserved comment till proven. It could well be that intelligence is the actual abnormality. Read about some of his comments here and here.
